Some photos of the clubhouse redevelopment work progress to date.
May 12th - the outside of the clubhouse needs rendering and the inside is getting much closer to completion
April 19th - the traditional old clock lovingly restored by Mr Rayner is put into place
April 13th and the first day of the Cricket Force Weekend with activity all around the ground. A huge ’Thank You’ to all those volunteers, young and old, that helped to make it a great day.
April 7th - half the roof is tiled
March 24th 2013 - the season’s just round the corner; hopefully Spring will turn up soon!
March 20th 2013 - almost ready for the tiles
March 11th 2013 and the scoreboard goes into place
February 26th - the remaining roof trusses are hoisted into place
February 25th - a forest of internal scaffolding is in place for the safety of the roofers - all’s ready for the rest of the roof to go on

February 21st 2013 - the first roof trusses are craned up into place
February 20th 2013 - work being carried out to improve the drainage on the outfield
February 18th 2013 - everything’s ready for the roof
February 1st 2013 - The roof trusses arrive weighing in at around 160kg each - and there are over 40 of them!

Re-turfing of the cricket ground’s outfield following construction of the flood defences began in August 2012.

The pictures below were taken on Saturday July 28th at a celebration held in the pavilion for Club President Geoff Gooch, who has given 50 years of service to Attenborough CC.
The photos below show work being undertaken at The Strand as part of the Attenborough Flood Defence Scheme from 2011-12. Work on the wall around the cricket ground began in September 2011.
